Jesse Peplow

Jesse Peplow is an experienced executive chef with a robust culinary career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at The Tennessean Truck Stop since April 2023, Jesse has held similar positions at Metz Culinary Management since August 2016, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse from October 2006 to October 2016, Culinaire between 2005 and 2006, and JQH from 1999 to 2005. Jesse began culinary training as an apprentice at Boca Raton Resort & Club from 1984 to 1987. Educational achievements include a Certified Journeyman in Culinary Arts from the American Culinary Federation and an A.A.S. in Hotel Tech/Culinary from Sullivan County Community College.
