Larry Stelitano

Larry Stelitano is an experienced District Manager with a strong background in contracted sales and management of dining services across multiple states, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Colorado. Currently serving at Metz Culinary Management since July 2017, Larry previously held similar roles at Brock & Company, Inc. from 2007 to July 2017, and AVI Foodsystems from 2002 to 2007, where responsibilities included managing corporate and independent school dining services. Larry's career began with a position as General Manager at Wood Dining Services/Sodexo from 1997 to 2002, overseeing dining operations at Youngstown State University and facilitating several key openings at other universities. Larry Stelitano holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from PennWest Edinboro, earned between 1989 and 1994, and completed secondary education at Fox Chapel High School from 1986 to 1989.
