Juliana Fontenele

Juliana Fontenele has been working in the tech industry since 2017. Juliana started their career at SNEF BRASIL as an Estagiário de engenharia de processos in 2017. In 2019, they moved to meutudo. where they have held various roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Head Customer Operation, Head of Sales and Business Development, Analista SDR, and Analista de atendimento ao cliente. As Head Customer Operation, their responsibilities included managing the team, overseeing the Customer Success operation, and modeling operational processes.

Juliana Fontenele obtained a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP between 2013 and 2017. Juliana is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate degree in Public Law with an emphasis in Tax Law at Unice. Juliana also holds certifications in CPA 10 from ANBIMA, Cambridge English: FCE (First Certificate in English) from Cambridge Assessment English Brazil, and Conhecimentos Específicos Bancários (Analista Bancário) from Estratégia Concursos.
