Annie Koh

Annie Koh, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in finance and education. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Mewah Group and an Advisory Board Member at HMI Group, Annie is also a Board Member for the Singapore Food Agency and the EtonHouse Community Fund, where Annie chairs the Finance and Investment Committee. With a prominent role as a Non-Executive Director at Yoma Strategic Holdings and as an Advisory Board Member at FLEXXON, the only female advisor on the board, Annie's influence spans various sectors. An esteemed academic, Annie holds the title of Prof Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Singapore Management University, where a significant contribution includes the establishment of critical educational institutes and programs. Additionally, Annie chairs the board of Prime US REIT and serves on the Advisory Council of the Customs Advisory Council for the Ministry of Finance. Educationally, Annie earned a PhD in International Finance from New York University.
