Toshira Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Toshira began their career as a Beauty Consultant for Laura Mercier at Dillard's Inc. in 2015, and later became a Business Administrator for Shiseido within the same company. In 2016, they joined Sephora as a Skincare Consultant. Toshira then worked as a Sales Support Representative at Yelp from 2017 to 2019. Toshira also gained experience as a Cake Dealer at Johnny Cupcakes, where they coordinated pop-up shops and represented the brand. From 2018 to 2019, they freelanced as a Makeup Artist for Smashbox Cosmetics. In 2019, they became a Customer Service Lead at AMOREPACIFIC, and in 2020, they worked as a Specialist II in Customer Operations at Weedmaps. Toshira later joined TOMS in 2021 as a Customer Experience Coordinator and Four Sigmatic as a Customer Success Representative in 2022. Currently, they work at MeWe as a Customer Success Specialist starting in 2023.

Toshira Adams attended Palomar College from 2007 to 2016, where they studied Marketing. During their time at Palomar College, they did not obtain a specific degree. In August 2022, Toshira obtained the Basic Agent Certification and the Lead Agent Certification from Gorgias.
