Debora Gallo

Debora Gallo is an experienced professional in talent development with a strong background in building and leading global learning and development functions across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Talent Development at Mews since November 2023, Debora previously held the position of Global Head of Talent Development at Wiz, where responsibilities included establishing a comprehensive talent development function. Prior roles include Learning & Development Global Director at SentinelOne, Regional Learning and Organizational Development Manager for EMEA at Netflix, and various positions at ING and UTS College, where Debora successfully developed and implemented learning strategies and programs. Debora holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor's in Adult Education from the University of Technology Sydney.
