Katie Halfhead

Katie Halfhead is a seasoned communications professional currently leading the global communications programme at Mews since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Specialist at Malt, where Katie contributed to the company's UK launch and established foundational PR, social media, content, and events strategies. As Head of Communications at Accurx from 2021 to 2023, responsibilities included enhancing healthcare communication across the UK. Additionally, during a tenure at Trussle from 2018 to 2021, Katie drove brand and communication strategies that significantly increased brand awareness and secured extensive media coverage. Earlier experience encompasses roles at MHP Mischief, Golin, and PwC, where Katie honed skills in multi-channel campaigns, social media management, and crisis communications. Katie holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
