Nicole Madrigal

Nicole Madrigal currently serves as Customer Support Team Lead at Mews since October 2023. Prior to this, Nicole held various positions at AvaiBook Software Alquiler Vacacional by idealista from December 2015 to October 2023, culminating in the role of Head of Customer Service, where Nicole managed three high-performance teams and developed customer service procedures and metrics.
