Lori Chavez

Lori Chavez currently serves as the Director of Training at Mexican Restaurants, Inc., following a role as Field Training Manager. Prior to this position, Lori held the title of Training Coordinator at AMPP: Association for Materials Protection and Performance and served as Operations Manager at Bella Restaurant Group. Additional experience includes General Manager at The Toasted Yolk Cafe and Immigration Specialist at the Law Office of Fabian Guerrero, where responsibilities included assisting with various immigration cases. Lori's extensive background in the restaurant industry includes roles as Restaurant Manager and Corporate Training Manager at Luby's Inc., where training for future managers was a key focus.
