Charles R Bannan III has been working in the culinary industry since 1988, starting as a Sous Chef at Angelinas Restaurant. Over the years, Charles R has worked their way up to become an Executive Chef at The Center Club, where Charles R has been since 1997. Charles holds an Associate's Degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from the Baltimore International Culinary Arts Institute.

Established by a group of Baltimore business leaders in 1962, The Center Club is Baltimore’s premier private business dining club. The Club is a central meeting place where its members conduct business and enjoy fine dining.
