Amparo Zayas has substantial experience in the airline industry, having worked at American Airlines since October 2005, where Amparo currently serves as a Customer Service Coordinator. Prior to this role, Amparo held the position of Customer Service Representative at American Airlines since October 2005. Amparo began the airline career at Mexicana Airlines in May 1998 as a Customer Service Representative and also worked at U S Airways/American Airlines from December 1998 to October 2005 as a Customer Services Supervisor.
