Carole De Tollenaere began their work experience in 1994 as an Operations Manager at SHURGARD Europe. Carole later became a Marketing Manager at the same company before moving on to become the Managing Director at CHARLES HAERENS in 1997. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Meyvaert - Eribel - Haerens since 2021.
Carole De Tollenaere earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management from KU Leuven in 2005-2006. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in International Management from Ichec Brussels Management School in 1992-1993. Carole also holds an MBA in Economics from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, which they achieved between 1987 and 1992.
