Dan Hable

Dan Hable has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Dan is currently employed at Mezmo as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Rally Health as a Senior Software Engineer II and Tech Lead, where they developed a service to fetch and normalize health benefit information using Scala, Play, and other technologies. Before that, they worked at DataStax as a Staff Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer, where they supported the OpsCenter application, developed new features, and improved performance. Dan also has experience as a Principal Co-Founder at Jetway.io, a Contract Instructor at Code Fellows, a Senior Software Engineer at Medio, a Principal Software Engineer at QThru, a Senior Software Developer at BlackBerry, a Programmer/Analyst at P&H Mining, and a Senior Consultant at Keane. In each role, they gained valuable skills and contributed to various projects and initiatives in the software engineering field.

Dan Hable earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Dan attended the university from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Dan Hable also obtained certifications in Kubernetes. In September 2020, they completed the course "LFS158x: Introduction to Kubernetes" offered by The Linux Foundation. Furthermore, in April 2023, they obtained the certification as a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), also from The Linux Foundation.
