Neil Nersesian

Neil Nersesian has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Neil is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Mezzetta since 2022. Prior to this, they founded OPSJAM LLC in 2022, a consulting and advisory firm specializing in supply chain and operations. Neil also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Flying Embers from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Senior Vice President of Operations at Lagunitas Brewing Company, and from 2015 to 2018, Neil was the Executive Vice President of Brewing Operations at Pabst Brewing Company. Neil began their career in 1995 at Anheuser-Busch InBev, holding various roles such as Global Supply Director, Head of U.K. Supply PMO, Brewery General Manager U.K., and Global PPM.

Neil Nersesian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Neil also obtained an Advanced Supply Chain Certificate from Saint Louis University. Currently, they are pursuing a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University, with an expected completion year of 2022.
