Norm Ireland

Norm Ireland, MCSE, MCP, VCP, ITILv4, has 30 years’ experience in IT Asset Management including support of in-house data centers, servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices and users. Norm will lead MFR’s IT Service Management practice and is focused on improving and enhancing existing processes and systems with new features and performance improvements for MFR’s clients in the government and public safety industries.

Norm completed his education at A.I.T Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario. When not walking on newly discovered trails you can probably find Norm with a travel book planning his next foreign travel destination.
