Carina Rumberger is the Director of People Operations at MFS Africa. Formerly the CEO of Beyonic, she brings her expertise in strategic growth, new market entry, capacity building, team and project management, systems design, and implementation to her current role. She has over 10 years of experience in Eastern and Southern Africa working in SME development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, last-mile delivery, and management. Carina has a deep understanding of designing and implementing landscape assessments, due diligence, regulatory reviews, risk analysis, impact assessment, sustainability planning, social and biological assessments to applicable local, national, and international standards and regulations World Bank, Equator Principles, and IFC Performance Standards.
