Customer Support Agent at MFS Africa

Fiona Namakula works as a Customer Support Agent, based in Uganda. She began her career as a Customer Service Engineer with Fenix International where she offered technical support to customers. Prior to joining MFS Africa, she worked with the World Vision Food Assistance programs supporting the most vulnerable people, in various communities, to rebuild their lives. She holds a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science as well as a Diploma in Computer Science and Business Studies. She has a passion for innovation and tech and enjoys using her skills to do meaningful work that impacts peoples' lives. Fiona speaks English, Luganda and basic Kiswahili. She enjoys reading and working out.
