Natasha Netha is the Employee Experience Manager whose role within MFS Africa is to drive the Employee Experience function, working with managers across MFS Africa’s different departments to bring top quality talent into the company and ensure high levels of engagement across the employee life cycle. Her career, in talent acquisition and management, began in Australia where she worked for Queensland Health before moving back to South Africa to join Michael Page, a global recruitment firm headquartered in the UK. She holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town and completed a Management Development Programme with the African Management Institute. She speaks English, isiNdebele and basic French.
