Kevin Boyd

Kevin Boyd is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at TRANZACT since October 2019, Kevin has previously held positions at HCL Technologies, Wipro, CSC, and The Computer Merchant. Expertise includes providing IT support for both onsite and remote users, resolving network issues, leading hardware refresh projects, and assisting end users with diagnosing problems. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from South University Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
