Guillaume Fichefeux

Guillaume Fichefeux currently serves as Directeur transformation et support reseau at MGEN since January 2021, focusing on operational transformation management. Prior experience includes co-founding Ubisanté, a national network of multidisciplinary health centers, and volunteering with AP-HP during the Covid-19 pandemic. Guillaume was also a founding member of thecamp, where responsibilities included operations management and facilitating innovation programs. Previous roles encompass Director of Marketing & Innovation at Europ Assistance, and Director of Project - Strategy Health at Malakoff Médéric, among others. Guillaume holds degrees from Sciences Po and the Sorbonne, along with certifications in coaching, agile project management, and design thinking.
