Viravyne Chhim

Viravyne Chhim Bip has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within the finance industry. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for MGG Investment Group LP, a position held since November 2022, Viravyne also holds roles as a member of Gold House and the National Association of Women Lawyers. Additional involvement includes being a Founding Member of The Authentic Asian and a member of Chief. Previous positions include Managing Director at Varagon Capital Partners, Senior Vice President at Blackstone, and Associate General Counsel at both First Pacific Advisors and MatlinPatterson Global Advisers. Educational qualifications include a JD/LLM in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law School, a program at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a B.A. in Political Science and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
