Olha Surynets

Olha Surynets has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Olha is currently the Global Human Resources Director at MGID since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at DreamTeam from June 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they were the Reward Manager at LLC Lohika LTD from March 2016 to June 2019. Olha'scareer in human resources started at Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2007, where they held various roles including Consultant, Project Manager, Leadership and Talent Expert, and Reward Practice Leader. Olha'sexpertise lies in talent management, performance management systems, strategic planning, and remuneration and benefits.

Olha Surynets obtained a Master's degree in Linguist - computer scientist, translator (English and German) from Lviv Polytechnic National University from 2000 to 2005. Olha also earned a Master's degree in Project Management from the National Academy for Public Administration from 2003 to 2005. In 2016, they pursued a CHRM Level 5 degree in Human Resource Management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT (LONDON), which they completed in 2018. Olha further enhanced their skills and knowledge by obtaining additional certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional in 2022, Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork, LSELQV2009 Lumina Virtual Select Qualification-Certificate from Lumina Learning, Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) from ICF, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management, Level 5 from CIPD in 2017. Olha Surynets is currently pursuing a Global Reward Professional qualification from WorldAtWork, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2021.
