Howard Hoi is an experienced technology compliance professional with a comprehensive background in application services, business analytics, and project management, primarily at MGM MACAU since 2007. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Compliance, Howard has held various roles including Assistant Director of Application Services and Business Analytics Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager and Business Analyst at MGM MACAU and System Analyst at Wynn Macau. Howard began a career as an Application Developer at Telscape Communications after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
