Mike Lei

Mike Lei is an experienced professional in the gaming and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Slot Strategy and Operations at 澳門美高梅 since May 2016. In this role, Mike oversees business operations, strategic planning, slot product optimization, floor configuration, budgeting, and VIP service programs. Prior to this, Mike held various positions at Wynn Macau from May 2006 to April 2016, including Assistant Director of Slots, Manager of Slots, and Shift Manager of Slots, focusing on service quality and staff management. Mike's earlier career includes roles at Grand Waldo Hotel Macau, Mocha Slot Club, and Yellow Pages Macau, where skills in operations and sales were developed. Mike holds an M.B.A. from the University of Saint Joseph in Macau and a Diploma in Casino Management from the University of Macau.
