Serena Ho

Serena Ho is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand marketing and communications within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Brand Marketing at MGM MACAU since November 2018, Serena Ho has held various leadership positions including Director of Brand Marketing and Assistant Director of Brand & Marketing. Prior to joining MGM MACAU, Serena Ho was a Senior Manager of Casino Marketing Communication at Galaxy Macau from January 2013 to November 2018, and also worked as an Account Manager at RedWorks Macao, Ogilvy from February 2010 to December 2012. Serena Ho holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Tourism and Event Management from IMI Switzerland and a Diploma in Tourism Business Management from the Institute for Tourism Studies.
