Charles Mallard Jr. is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles across the hospitality, healthcare, and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Recruitment Sourcer at MGM Resorts International since July 2022, Charles oversees operational and recruitment functions while contributing strategic insights for new product and service implementations.
