Liz Rychling

Liz Rychling serves as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at MGM Resorts International, leading global insurance procurement and management strategies across all business lines. Prior to this role, Rychling held significant positions at AIG, where achievements included a promotion to Claims Engagement Leader and managing complex construction claims as the Complex Director. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Risk Management at El Ad Group Ltd, Associate General Counsel at Las Vegas Sands Corp., and various roles in legal counsel and risk management at The Hartford, Travelers, and other firms. Rychling possesses advanced degrees in Insurance Law, Hospitality Gaming Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Art History.
