Waverly Jutzi, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1995, at McPhersons, they held the role of Human Resource/Office Manager, overseeing various HR functions such as hiring, terminations, and performance management, as well as accounting responsibilities like payroll and financial statements. They also served as a Senior Leader, responsible for strategy development, sales initiatives, and workforce issues within the corporation. Waverly Jutzi, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development for Higher Education & Industry from Indiana State University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Waverly completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business, spanning from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, Waverly earned an Associate degree in Accounting from Ivy Tech Community College between 1996 and 1998. Waverly has obtained further certifications, including the SHRM-SCP in 2015 and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2010, as well as the Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning, to be obtained in 2023.
