Ashton Freeman has extensive work experience in the housing development industry. They started their career in 2007 at AmicusHorizon Ltd, where they held various roles such as Development Project Manager, Senior Procurement Project Manager, and New Business Development Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for surveying and sourcing new sites, leading the design process, preparing budgets and financial appraisals, obtaining approvals and funding for development projects, managing project teams, overseeing on-site contracts, and delivering new build and refurbishment projects. They also had a role in procurement, ensuring compliance and managing a team of project managers. From 2014 to 2020, Ashton worked at Optivo as a New Business Manager and Senior Project Manager, focusing on commercial development and new initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Director of Development and Sales at mhs homes.
