Operations Team

The Operations Team at Managed Health Services (MHS) is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of various functions critical to the company’s managed care programs. This includes overseeing grievances and appeals, provider data analytics, customer service, case management, contracting and network development, provider data management and credentialing, and utilization management. The team works to optimize operational efficiency, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhance the overall service quality for members and providers within MHS’s Medicaid and Medicare plans.
