Juan Diaz

Juan Diaz has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Juan started their career as an Assistant Controller at Energy Labs, Inc. where they were responsible for realigning financial operations and rebuilding the credibility of the financial staff. Juan then moved on to SkinIt Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Accounting Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. In their role as Accounting Manager, they led the transition project to implement a new ERP system and implemented revenue recognition procedures and policies for major contracts. As a Human Resources Business Partner, they managed employee recruiting, benefits, and implemented a 401K program. Juan most recently worked at MI Technologies, Inc. as the Corporate Controller, where they designed and implemented an annual budget process that supported a 5-year plan.

Juan Diaz attended Universidad Autónoma de Baja California from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
