Jeanne Aragao

Jeanne Aragao has a strong background in technical writing. Jeanne started their career as a Technical Writer at Sanofi Pasteur in 2008, where they updated over 100 Business Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for auditing. Jeanne also recorded Business Procedures and Business Process Blue Prints.

In 2008, they moved on to Diversinet, where they worked as a Technical Writer. Jeanne'sresponsibilities included walking through software functionality, testing user documentation, and translating technical information into easily understandable documentation for non-technical users. Jeanne also reviewed and updated user guides, API documentation, and online help content.

In 2011, Jeanne joined Broadridge as a Senior Technical Writer. Jeanne built a knowledge base in MadCap Flare to standardize writing styles and naming conventions. Jeanne wrote, edited, and formatted online help content and release notes according to the software development lifecycle. Jeanne also created videos to assist with onboarding new hires.

Most recently, they have been working at Mi9 Retail as a Senior Technical Writer since 2019.

Jeanne Aragao's education history begins in 1995 when they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History, which they completed in 1998. Jeanne then pursued a Diploma in System Analysis from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 1999 to 2000. In 2009 to 2010, Jeanne attended Humber College and earned a Certificate in Technical Writing. In 2013, they briefly attended George Brown and obtained a Diploma in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design.
