Alicia Paley

Alicia Paley has over 16 years of work experience. Alicia began their career in 2005 as Farm Management at Meadowbrook Farm. In 2010, they joined First Federal Credit Control as a Collector and Team Lead. In 2013, they moved to Choice Recovery where they held the roles of Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations, VP Business Development, and Director of Collections. In 2022, they joined Mia Share Inc. as the Head of Servicing and Collections. During their time at Choice Recovery, they served as the Business Lead on a software conversion that migrated 11 million records, and developed new software layout, trained staff, and managed Go-Live. Alicia also served as the Business Lead on the implementation of Email and Text communications, building workflow, managing campaigns, and ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Alicia Paley attended The Ohio State University and Bexley High School.
