Ashley Foster

Ashley Foster has extensive work experience in the casino industry. Ashley has held various roles at different companies. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Mardi Gras Casino, starting as a Cage Supervisor and progressing to become the Casino Operations Manager, managing a team of four managers and 40 staff. As Casino Manager, they were responsible for shaping the customer service experience and ensuring seamless operational execution. In 2016, they were promoted to Marketing Director, overseeing the company's overall brand marketing strategy, including creative strategy, media planning, advertising, and promotions. In 2018, they joined Casino Miami as the Director of Marketing, where they are responsible for the overall design and expansion of casino marketing, as well as managing a cross-functional marketing team of 15.

Ashley Foster has a diverse education history, with a focus on business administration and marketing. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Nova Southeastern University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they studied at Johnson & Wales University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. In 2019, Ashley Foster pursued further education by completing a certificate program in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online.
