Dan Houston

Dan Houston has over 25 years of experience in human resources information systems and compensation management. Currently serving as Manager of HRIS & Compensation at Nicklaus Children's Health System since December 2015, Dan also holds the position of HRIS Analyst/Taleo System Administrator at Miami Children's Health System. Prior roles include Application Administrator and Senior Programmer Analyst at Kinetic Concepts from June 2003 to December 2015, and Programmer Analyst at Alcoa Fujikura, Ltd. from December 1997 to June 2003. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 1988 and 1993.
