Rosa Gonzalez is an experienced librarian with a career spanning several decades, currently serving as a Reference Librarian at Miami-Dade Public Library System since January 2004. In this role, Rosa provides professional reference services, promotes library use, and oversees the ordering and distribution of resources while also supervising volunteers and managing community outreach. Prior experience includes a position as a Librarian at Public Library "Ruben M. Villena," where responsibilities included customer service and conducting children’s activities. Rosa holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida, a Vocational Certificate in Administrative Assistant and Legal Secretary from MDC Wolfson Campus, and a Bachelor's Degree in Library Science from the University of Havana.
