Director, Stadium Operations at Miami Dolphins

Alex Besteiro is the Director of Stadium Operations for the Miami Dolphins. Alex has been with the organization since June 2014, when they started as an Operations Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of stadium operations, including event management, security, guest services, and facility maintenance. Alex also assists senior leadership with decision-making and budgeting.

Prior to joining the Dolphins, Alex worked in operations for a variety of businesses, including restaurants, retail stores, and event venues. Alex has a proven track record of successfully managing staff and resources to meet operational goals. Alex is also experienced in working with contractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Alex is a dedicated professional who is committed to providing outstanding service to Dolphins fans. Alex is passionate about their work and takes great pride in ensuring that Hard Rock Stadium is a safe and enjoyable place for all who visit.

Alex Besteiro has a Master of Arts in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Francisco State University, and a Fire Science Degree from the College of San Mateo. Alex also has certification from the State of Florida as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).

They work with and Danny Mendez - Post Manager, Housekeeping. Their manager is Marcello Essabba, Director, Housekeeping & Operations.
