Max Napolitano

Director, Football Administration & Strategy at Miami Dolphins

Max Napolitano is the current Director of Football Administration & Strategy for the Miami Dolphins. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Analytics for the Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium from 2014 to 2018. In that role, Max focused on using data to improve organizational decision-making and oversaw the organization’s Business Analytics group. Max also worked on strategic initiatives such as the acquisition of the Miami Open Tennis Tournament, the forming of the new Events Sales department and the rebrand of the Miami Dolphins Cheer Platform. Before their time with the Dolphins, Max interned with the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club in 2013 where they updated the Spring Training budget and conducted an audit on Spring Training expenses. Max also wrote proposals for potential sponsors and coordinated pre-game sponsorship activities.

Max Napolitano earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School with a focus in finance and entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in economics from Yale University.
