Jennifer Mallery

Jennifer Mallery is beginning her 24th season with the HEAT as Vice President, Ticket Operations and Strategic Planning. Mallery supervises the ticket operations for the Miami HEAT and AmericanAirlines Arena, as well as strategic planning for ticketing, sales and renewals.

Mallery got her start with the HEAT as a customer relations representative in 1996 and held that position until she was named Assistant Box Office Manager the following year. From there she was promoted three times, serving as Box Office Manager in 1998, Director of Ticket Operations in 1999 and Sr. Director of Ticket Operations in 2002, before being elevated to her current position of V.P., Ticket Operations and Strategic Planning.
