Tyler Francischine

Tyler Francischine is a communications specialist at the UF College of Pharmacy, where responsibilities include managing communications for a program with a notable percentage of underrepresented minority Pharm. D students. Additionally, Tyler contributes to various publications, including Floricua, Business Traveler, Giddy, and Miami New Times, focusing on topics such as Florida's culture, business insights, mental health, and local events. Recently appointed as communications manager for the Big: Culture & Arts Festival, Tyler works on media coverage and community partnerships. Previously, Tyler has held roles in communications and media relations at USC Thornton School of Music, served as a writer for Melted Magazine and American Airlines’ American Way, and was the director of Tonight's The Night Promotions and Booking, managing live music events in Gainesville. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Religion from the University of Florida.
