Joe Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1997, they worked at Panasonic as a Technical Specialist Process Engineering until 2004. Following that, they served as the General Manager at Keystone Industries from 2004 to 2006. Joe then joined A-1 Fastener Inc as a Quality and Sourcing Manager, a position they held from 2006 to 2012. From 2013 to 2014, Joe was the Production and Quality Manager at Reptiles By Mack. In 2018, they had an internship role as Wright State Internship at Epilepsy Foundation Ohio for a period of two months. From 2014 to 2022, Joe worked at Carroll High School, initially as a Building Grounds and Maintenance personnel and later as a Facilities Manager. Currently, since 2022, Joe serves as the Director of Facilities at The Miami Valley School.
Joe Smith completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University from 2017 to 2019. In 2021, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Sinclair Community College. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they studied Electromechanical Engineering with Robotics at Sinclair Community College.
