Diego Mendez Godoy

Diego Mendez Godoy is an experienced compensation specialist currently employed at Mibanco since July 2024. Previously, Diego held the position of compensation analyst at Komatsu - Mitsui from January 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included job valuation using the Hay Group methodology and conducting biannual salary reviews for technical personnel. Prior to that, Diego served as an assistant in human resources, managing vacation modules and generating contracts for new hires and renewals, and began the career path as an intern in compensation and human resource management. Diego holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and completed an exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Current educational pursuits include a diploma in human resources specialization at the same institution.
