Wairimu Njoki

Wairimu N. has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and management. They started their career at Milhan Access Capital Ltd in 2016 as a Credit Analyst and later became an Operations Lead. In 2018, Wairimu joined MIC Global as an Operations Officer and worked in that role until 2020. They then transitioned to the position of Business Solutions Analyst/Project Manager - East Africa and held this role until 2020. In 2021, Wairimu served as the Country Manager at MIC Global before being promoted to the position of VP Operations - East Africa in 2021. Currently, Wairimu is the Head of Operations at MIC Global.

Wairimu N. obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance, General from Mount Kenya University from 2011 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Wairimu N. achieved the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute in August 2020. Additionally, Wairimu N. obtained certifications in Electronic Record Management from the College of Insurance in May 2019, and in the Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance from the College of Insurance in March 2017. In 2016, Wairimu N. completed a course in Portfolio and Risk Management on Coursera. Furthermore, Wairimu N. acquired the Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Udemy in June 2022 and the Microsoft Excel: Excel from Beginner to Advanced certification from Udemy in January 2022. Lastly, in April 2023, Wairimu N. obtained the CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
