The board of directors at MICA Biosystems has a history of experience with various companies in different industries, as well as a range of educational backgrounds. The board consists of the owner of Flex FD Ltd, the financial director at Law Laboratories Ltd, the interim chief accountant at British Rail Infrastructure Services, and the group financial accountant and company secretary at Philip Cornes & Co Ltd. All members of the board have experience in accounting and finance, with a majority having studied accountancy and finance at the University of Birmingham.
