Bob Axenfeld is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in managing culinary operations across multiple prestigious resorts and hotels. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Miccosukee Resort & Gaming since January 2019, Bob is responsible for all culinary initiatives, including redesigning menus and managing food production for various dining outlets and events. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Executive Chef at Miami Beach Resort and Bonaventure Resort and Spa, where duties included overseeing food and beverage services and maintaining high standards in food quality. Bob has also worked with Hyatt Bonaventure Resort and Spa and Adams Mark Hotels, where expertise extended to handling large banquet and meeting spaces. Bob holds an Associate's degree from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 1982 and 1984.
