Diana Crawford

Diana Crawford is an experienced organizational development professional with a strong focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Michael Garron Hospital since February 2021, Diana previously held roles as a Senior Consultant for Leadership & Organizational Development at Unity Health Toronto and as a Consultant at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto. Additional consultancy experience includes positions at HUNTEX and s2e Technologies Inc. Diana possesses a Master's Degree in Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Psychology from the University of Waterloo, along with certification as a Change Management Practitioner from APMG International.
