Kashif Naveed

Kashif Naveed has a strong background in retail and operations management, with a focus on the luxury and F&B industries.

Kashif most recently served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Michael Malul London, a high-end fragrance brand. In this role, they oversaw the brand's distribution and expansion into stores across the U.S.

Prior to that, Kashif held the position of Chief Project Officer/Head of Project Management Office at MJS Holding, where they were responsible for strategic planning, service delivery, and management of multiple areas and departments within the F&B group.

Before joining MJS Holding, Kashif worked at Seddiqi Holding as the Senior Director of Operations. Here, they played a key role in establishing strategic partnerships and leading various operations departments for luxury watch brands.

Kashif also has experience as an Operations Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue Dubai, where they successfully executed the opening of a large departmental store. Additionally, they served as a Regional Manager at Al-Rajhi Group, where they improved sales and brand standards across multiple stores and implemented operational restructuring.

Earlier in their career, Kashif held the position of Retail Operations Manager at Marks & Spencer, managing store openings and overseeing warehousing and logistics operations. Kashif also worked as a Store Office Manager at Harvey Nichols Riyadh, where they played a role in the opening of a large retail store in the Middle East.

Throughout their career, Kashif has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a dedication to improving operational efficiency and customer experience within the retail industry.

Kashif Naveed obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Punjab. Kashif also completed a Bachelor of Law degree from the same university in 1997.
