Chris Freeman

Chris Freeman is an accomplished executive in the retail industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Michaels Stores since 2008. Freeman has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of Store Operations for the East Coast and Group Vice President overseeing 600 stores across 37 districts. Prior to Michaels, Freeman held multiple senior positions at Sears Holdings, including VP/GM of Store Operations, and gained experience at other companies such as Lamrite West and Artistree. Chris Freeman holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from DePaul University and has two degrees from Mt. San Antonio College, including an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement.
