Kevin Dougan

Kevin Dougan possesses extensive experience in leadership development and human resources across multiple retail organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Leadership Development at Michaels Stores since February 2019, Kevin has also held various roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Team Leader. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Human Resources Field Recruiter for Michaels Arts and Crafts from July 2017, and as Operations Pastor at Hope Fellowship and Village to Village from January 2017 to January 2020. Their earlier experience includes a decade-long tenure at Michaels Arts and Crafts from 2003 to 2016 as a Store Manager, overseeing substantial revenue and a large team. Additionally, Kevin held management positions at Toys R Us/Babies R Us and Best Buy, where responsibilities included inventory and operations management. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baker College.
