Rui Qin

Rui Qin is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and statistics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Michaels Stores since December 2021, Rui previously held the position of Data Engineer II. Prior experience includes roles at CareSet as a Data Engineer/Statistician from July 2019 to December 2021, and a Data Engineer position at Rice University from September 2018 to May 2019. Early career experience as a Product Data Engineer at SimOE LIMITED from March 2014 to January 2017 further solidified technical expertise. Rui holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Rice University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University (2010-2013).
